About
Caleb White is a Lecturer in the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute School of Architecture. He has also taught at the Weitzman School at the University of Pennsylvania and GALAUD at Pratt Institute. He received his Masters of Architecture from the Weitzman School at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelors in Environmental Design from the University of Colorado. He has taught a variety of course and levels from graduate and undergraduate design studios to digital modeling techniques and representation courses. His work and research is focused on the image and its evolving role in the production of architecture. Furthermore, his research includes emerging artificial intelligence based architectural design methods and their impact on aesthetics and representation. Caleb is also a co-founder of the experimental Architectural media group 'Mixed Signals'. Also known as MXD, the goal of the group is to expand the discourse of architecture to new and broadly consumable mediums.
