About
Mi (Kelly) Tran is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at the Lally School of Management, RPI. Her research examines the relationship between neurodiversity and entrepreneurial outcomes, including attitudes, behaviors, performance, and innovation, and the role of well-being in entrepreneurial pursuits through a gendered lens.
She also brings industry experience from working with corporations such as Samsung and ABB in the field of supply chain management and has first-hand experience as an entrepreneur herself.
