Muhammad Marwali

About

Dr. Marwali's experience has been in various power applications of the de-regulated electricity market. His is currently the principal engineer at the NYISO. His previous experiences includes industrial experiences and research experiences in various research institutes and academia, in developing a wide variety of software applications for deregulated energy markets such as unit commitment, transmission scheduling and generation maintenance.

Dr. Marwali has published numerous articles and two books, and is a Senior Member of IEEE where he serves on several editorial boards. He holds a B.S.from Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung (Indonesia) as well as an M.S. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago
