Sam Strizver is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior in the Lally School of Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He earned his Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina in 2025 and his B.A. in Psychological Sciences and English from the University of Connecticut in 2019.

Research

Sam’s research examines the vulnerability of employment, often integrating perspectives on organizational trust and employee mental health. His work has been published in leading journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, the Journal of Applied Psychology, and the Journal of Management, among others.
