Dr. Gina Kucinski earned her Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from Binghamton University (SUNY). Prior to joining the Department of Mathematical Sciences at Rensselaer as a Lecturer in 2014, Dr. Kucinski held teaching appointments at Binghamton University, University of Scranton, and University at Albany (SUNY). She has an interest in teaching first-year students and, through her involvement in the Bridge Scholars Program and I-PERSIST Mentor Program, has worked toward improving outcomes and experiences for Calculus I students.
