Research

Research focuses on computational/theoretical condensed matter physics, both in the development of novel methods and first-principles calculations to understand properties of materials to address technological problems of energy related materials (hydrogen storage, photovoltaic, and water splitting) and form a basic understanding of emerging phenomenon in exotic materials such as graphene and topological insulators.
