About
Dr. Joe Prisaznuk is a Lecturer in the Department of Mechanical, Aerospace, and Nuclear Engineering (MANE) at RPI. He earned his Bachelor of Science and PhD in Mechanical Engineering at Binghamton University in the State of New York.
Throughout his undergraduate and postgraduate studies, Dr. Prisaznuk completed internships across three industrial sectors. From heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), to thermal management for aircraft, then semiconductor manufacturing, he has applied engineering fundamentals for mechanical design and analysis. During his Ph.D., he focused on interfacial transport and electrospray deposition.
Upon completion of his Ph.D., Dr. Prisaznuk joined RPI, teaching numerical methods and thermal-fluids courses.
