Bio
Richard Chapman is an economist with an emphasis on labor economics, negotiations, and political economy. He formerly served as the Director of the Coaching and Mentoring Center at the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business at Westminster College, in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Richard's research interests have focused on relationship-based leadership and mentoring as a process to develop organizational talent and culture. He is also active in executive education and training, where he is recognized as an expert in best practices to improve negotiation processes and outcomes using the principled negotiation process. His knowledge and skills in this area are highly regarded. Richard provides executive training and consulting to non-profit organizations, corporations, and higher education institutions, including regional and global financial organizations, State and Federal government agency leadership, and regional and global manufacturing organizations.
