Bio

Richard Chapman is an economist with an emphasis on labor economics, negotiations, and political economy. He formerly served as the Director of the Coaching and Mentoring Center at the Bill and Vieve Gore School of Business at Westminster College, in Salt Lake City, Utah. His research interests have focused on relationship-based leadership and mentoring as a process to develop organizational talent and culture. Richard is also active in executive education and training in leadership best practices to improve negotiation processes and outcomes. He provides executive training and consulting to non-profit organizations, corporations, and higher education institutions.
