Zé Kielwagen, aka Jefferson W. Kielwagen, is an artist and lecturer at RPI’s Department of the Arts. His artistic practice is best described as transmedia and contextual, taking place in and between the fields of sculpture, performance and video.

Some of the major venues in which he exhibited artwork are the Ghetto Biennale of Haiti, the Leslie-Lohman Museum of Gay and Lesbian Art in NYC, and the DocLisboa festival in Lisbon, Portugal.
